Operational policy
Terms of Service
OfferLake provides human-assisted job-application services. These terms describe the intended service boundaries while the company finalizes its legal entity, payment account, and launch documents.
Operational draft · September 2026
Use this operating policy for setup and review. Before the paid launch, confirm the final legal entity, jurisdiction, refund rules, data retention, vendors, and dispute process with qualified counsel.
Service scope
The core service may include customer onboarding, resume selection for saved roles, manual application submission, progress tracking, submission evidence, service messages, and interview-result handoff. Job sourcing is available only when that service is purchased or manually unlocked by an administrator.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide truthful and current information, choose the correct resume for each role, review questions that require personal judgment, keep account access secure, and follow employer and platform rules. Customers should never send passwords or sensitive documents through public forms or email.
Payments, credits, and changes
Application credits, job-search access, refunds, replacements, cancellations, turnaround time, and service pauses should follow the final plan purchased by the customer or a written agreement. Until online checkout is enabled, administrators may confirm payment manually and add credits in the service dashboard.
No employment guarantee
The service helps prepare and submit applications, but it cannot guarantee interviews, employer responses, job offers, salary outcomes, visa outcomes, ATS rankings, or hiring timelines.
Acceptable use and account security
Customers and staff must not misuse the system, upload malicious files, impersonate others, share access without permission, scrape private data, or use the service for false or misleading applications. We may restrict access to protect customers, staff, employers, and the platform.
