Operational policy
Privacy Policy
OfferLake uses customer information to run application services, support customers, improve operations, and contact people who ask to hear from us. This page explains the intended policy for launch preparation and should be reviewed before paid launch at scale.
Operational draft · September 2026
Use this operating policy for setup and review. Before the paid launch, confirm the final legal entity, jurisdiction, refund rules, data retention, vendors, and dispute process with qualified counsel.
Information we collect
We may collect contact details, consultation answers, account information, career goals, resumes, target roles, preferred locations, work-authorization answers, application records, service messages, payment status, and technical information needed to keep the website secure. Public forms should not be used for passwords, bank details, government identifiers, full immigration files, or medical information.
How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, create accounts, provide job-application services, coordinate with assigned specialists, track progress, handle support, confirm payment status, prevent abuse, and send requested updates or offers. We do not sell customer information.
Who can access it
A customer can see their own dashboard, documents, applications, and service messages. Assigned specialists can see the client information needed to complete applications. Administrators can manage accounts, assignments, service status, leads, orders, and support. Access should be removed when a person no longer needs it.
Customer choices
Customers can update profile answers, upload and delete resume files, request corrections, unsubscribe from marketing messages, and ask us to delete information when retention is no longer required for service, payment, security, or legal reasons.
Vendors and transfers
The service may use hosting, database, file storage, authentication, payment, email, analytics, and customer-support vendors. The final public policy should list the approved vendors, regional privacy rights, international-transfer language, and the official privacy contact for the legal entity that sells the service.
